Project365 {week...I stopped counting}

{12Mar10} Sending (chocolate) kisses to a friend whose husband is about to deploy for a year

{13Mar10} learning how to sew...making an apron.  I can't wait until it's finished and I can start wearing it!

{14Mar10} we went to a party where we didn't know any one and found my sisters fiancĂ©'s name written on the TV

{15Mar10} making 50 bridal shower invitations for a friend

{16Mar10} our wedding photo in Military Spouse magazine

{17Mar10} Irish stew for St Paddy's day

{18Mar10} our dog looking all skinny on a warm spring day (we inherited him last May when my best friend grandma died and he was a fat, lazy, beagle weighing almost 45 lbs which is HUGE for a beagle.  my husband quickly changed his diet and started walking him and we're really proud of how healthy he is now!)

{19Mar10} my glass, filled with an Amaretto Sour, for girls night out =)

{20Mar10} who needs restaurants when Food Network magazine publishes recipes for "famous" restaurant menu items that you can make at home (that's a Red Lobster biscuit & Bang Bang Shrimp from Bonefish, which I've never actually been to, but these fried shrimp were super yummy!)

Red Lobster biscuits???? Where do I get that recipe? That's the whole reason I go to Red Lobster! I love your invitations, too! Very pretty. :)

I posted the recipe here a few months ago...

along with Olive Garden's salad dressing which I make just about every week =)

Food Network Magazine is a little on the expensive side but it's worth it just for the copy cat recipes they publish! (Last month was Cinnabon's cinnamon rolls which I am afraid to try for fear I'll want them all the time and gain 10 lbs!) And if you like to cook, it's full of great info and recipes in general!

You're a very talented lady! Of course, I'd love to see the apron when you're finished... I wish I knew how to sew. Maybe one day...

I'm gunna have to ditto Sara here. You can cook (by the way, I'm totally thinking of making the Guiness cupcakes today), you're learning how to sew, you take great pictures, you make really cute invitations and apparently you're clever because the kiss idea is too perfect. Can I borrow that one?

You girls are great! I learned how to cut a pattern and iron but was afraid to actually touch my friends brand new, very expensive sewing machine, so I don't think sewing will get added to my list of hobbies yet =)

The Guiness cupcakes are SOOOOO good! You're going to love them! And I can't take credit for the kisses idea. A friends aunt did that for her when her husband deployed and I IMMEDIATELY stole it! So please, feel free to use it as often as you'd like!

Krista, I didn't even notice that until you pointed it out! ha ha! Thanks for the beautiful cup that I broke on the way home! =(
